The FOP New York Northern Adirondack Lodge 999 is responsible for hosting area events such as Cops at the Block (Butcher Block), Law & Order (Applebee’s), and the Plattsburgh Polar Plunge: Freezin for a Reason and the the Law Enforcement Torch Run, which raise money for the New York State Special Olympics and area athletes from Clinton and Essex County that participate in the Special Olympics.

FOP Lodge 999 also sponsors the annual Law Enforcement Day at Champlain Centre North and the Police Pipes and Drums of Plattsburgh. Additionally, we reward two senior high school students with a scholorship each year. Other community activities that FOP Lodge 999 participates in are Safe Street at the Crete Center for Haloween, a Toy Drive at Christmas, and D.A.R.E.

You also may see us during the year at our annual Golf Tournament, at our Pin Shoot, or involved in area civic and Law Enforcement events.
